Our activities supporting health promotion
Autism Spectrum Disorder

We have established a support group for Black immigrant families with at least one child affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
We organize discussion groups to share experiences among families dealing with the care of their autistic children in a family context. Additionally, we arrange inclusive playgroups, outings to the park, adapted artistic and sports activities, as well as coaching sessions to assist in grant research for ASD. We are also developing a knowledge base of scientific and experiential insights to support families in guiding their autistic children, as well as other siblings.
Global health
We work closely with various entities, including associations, civil society organizations, and public entities, to assist them in conceptualizing and implementing public health projects and programs. Our expertise spans all aspects of the process, beginning with an in-depth situational analysis to identify the specific needs of the target community. We then leverage our experience to actively participate in the design of robust projects, outlining goals, activities, and evaluation mechanisms.
nother area where we add value is in fundraising. We collaborate with our partners to identify potential funding sources, develop compelling proposals, and maximize their chances of success in securing the necessary resources. Finally, we engage in careful monitoring and rigorous evaluation of projects, ensuring that they achieve their objectives and generate a lasting positive impact on public health.

Health Systems Strengthening

We play a key role in developing digital tools aimed at assessing organizational performance, with a particular focus on creating tools for measuring technical efficiency. We collaborate closely with entities such as health centers, hospitals, and health districts to design digital instruments tailored to their specific needs. These measurement tools allow for in-depth analysis of operational performance, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of health services.
Simultaneously, our commitment extends to designing robust monitoring and evaluation systems. We understand the importance of tracking and evaluating organizational activities to measure impact and identify areas requiring adjustments. By working collaboratively with our partners, we contribute to establishing effective systems that enhance organizations' capacity to assess their performance, make informed decisions, and optimize their contribution to overall well-being.
